Aneet’s initial success resulted in television ads for major brands, including Paytm, Cadbury Dairy Milk Silk, Nescafé and Maggi and Amazon. Long before she got onto the big screen, she made a splash in Indian households on television — with her expressive face and down-to-earth persona.
Her onscreen debut happened with a supporting role in the 2022 film Salaam Venky, which starred Kajol and was directed by Revathi. It was a small-film role but one that suggested her understated thespian potential and emotional accessibility onscreen.
In 2024, Aneet made an appearance as Roohi Ahuja in the Amazon Prime Video series, Big Girls Don’t Cry where she also shared screen space with actors like Pooja Bhatth, Raima Sen and Zoya Hussain. Her subtle performance and coming-of-age plot arc were singled out for praise, cementing her status as a breakout star.
Expanding her range as a creative, Aneet ventured into singing with the release of “Masoom” in 2024.
Aneet made his official debut as lead with Saiyaara (18 July 2025), a romantic drama by Mohit Suri for Yash Raj Films (YRF). She co-starred with newcomer Ahaan Panday as Vaani Batra, an aspiring lyricist who falls for a troubled musician.
Saiyaara went on to be a box‑office blockbuster, collecting ₹247crore in 10 days—becoming the second-highest grossing Hindi film of 2025.
Critics hailed Aneet’s emotive performance and on-screen chemistry with the co-lead, Ahaan Panday.
In her performance and Arijit Singh’s lyrics, music composer Tanishk Bagchi expressed his pride in Saiyaara as a “big moment.”
Mohit Suri, in interviews, said that he was looking for “someone who had not cosmetically lifted her face or body”, valuing Aneet’s natural beauty and authenticity. Her casting story is unconventional — Ahaan Panday, who plays the titular role opposite her, after an initial flub on her audition insisted that she be called back. Her straightforward jeans-and-white-shirt look ultimately sold the director.
Although many claimed that she was a “nepo kid,” Aneet explained, **“My parents are trailer editors, not filmy people. The mixup stemmed from her calling Nitya Mehra and Karan Kapadia — Big Girls Don’t Cry’s creators — her “Bombay parents” because they mentored her.
She is also very active on Instagram (@aneetpadda_), where she posts behind the scenes, daily lifestyle, cute pet moments and travel diaries. She is seen as a national crush of India 2025 already, with relatable content and authentic personality making her fans grow day by day.
After Saiyaara’s success, she signed her first deal — it was for three films with Yash Raj Films.
She has an estimated net worth (2025) of ₹5crore; she charges ₹50–70 lakh per film deal. Her income also comes from endorsements and digital projects.
Made a career through auditions, not nepotism, winning roles based solely on merit.
Solid education: Managed and maintained studies at Delhi University while also doing auditions and modeling.
The idea of being the one persona to sport all three talents: model, actress and singer.
A natural, unfiltered screen presence, something the director Mohit Suri actively looked for.
Monster hit that struck deep at the box office and with young audiences.
With Saiyaara breaking records and lighting up the screen, Aneet Padda is on course for a bright career in mainstream Bollywood. Her signing with YRF, a multitude of upcoming projects and increasing visibility in the media suggest she is more than just a debutante — she’s now someone to pay close attention to.
This lady is here to make sure we track her films, endorsements and new music projects as she secures position in the new age Indian film industry.
