Bhuvneshwar Kumar was born 5 February, 1990 in meerut, Uttar pradesh, India. His father kiran pal singh worked as sub inspector in up police. From childhood, he was interested in cricket. He used to play cricket in the street, park.
at the age of 12, he told his parent’s about interest his cricket. He wanted to go the stadium for cricket practice. His parent’s supported him in his cricket. His elder sister was the one to take bhuvneshwar to the stadium. He was trained by coach vipin vats.
During the initial days of cricket practice. It was challenging to play cricket along with the studies. His father took bhuvneshwar for U-15 trails leaving his job. His hardwork and consistency towards his work made him to appear in U-17, U-19.
At the age of 17, he did his first class debut against bengal on 17 December, 2007. Then, he did List A cricket debut on 26 February, 2008. He also had a good form in ranji trophy in 2008-2009. In the finals, he took wicket of Sachin Tendulkar. This was the main turning point of his career.
This made him to be a member of Royal challengers Bangalore in 2009. He didn’t get any match during the season. In 2011, he was signed by Pune warriors team. This way, he made his ipl debut on 8 may, 2011.
In 2012-13, he made 128 runs reaching team to the finals. This way, he got selected in Indian cricket team. He made his T20 international debut against Pakistan in 25 december, 2012. In this match, he took three sickets. Then, he made his odi debut in 30 December, 2012.
In 2013, he was selected for test series for Indian team. he played the match but was not good. His performance becomed average in champions trophy. He was brought by sunrisers hyderabad for 2014 ipl auction. In 2014, he performed well in England series in 2014.
But, it becomed challenging when an opponent mastered to exploide his bowling. In 2015, he played against south africa where his bowling seemed tackle by the opponent. This made him not be selected in world cup in 2015. So, he had to update his skills. He worked hard to speed his pace but was suffered from many injuries during practice.
Bhuvneshwar worked hard on his skills. This made him finest fast bowlers. He becomed most economical bowler in the Indian series. In 2016, he performed well and took purple cap as a bowler in the ipl. In 2017, he was economical player in champions trophy and odi World Cup in 19.He was retained by sunrisers Hyderabad in 2022. Then, he played against South Africa T20 series in June, 2022.
