Not only has Batman died but Police Commissioner Gordon has also died, which causes Gotham City to be plagued with crime and it is up to Batman’s proteges to bring justice back to Gotham City. You can play as all of these characters which will definitely make the game quite an experience. The game is expected to release near the end of October 2022. The game is not only single-player but can also be played in co-op mode and a second player can join in.
God of War: Ragnarok
After wreaking havoc in Greek Mythology, Kratos made his way into Norse Mythology in the last God of War game on the PS4, which was a reboot of the game. In Ragnarok, his son Atreus will accompany Kratos again and Atreus has grown up a little after the events of God of War. In this game, we will be able to explore more of Asgard and it will feature Thor, who might go head-to-head against Kratos and possibly Atreus too. The game will release in early November 2022 and it will not just be released on the PS5 but will also release on the PS4. So you should either get a PS5 if you haven’t already or you should bring out your PS4 again since this is a game that you should not be missing out on.
Hogwarts Legacy
Set in the world of Harry Potter but one of the best things about this game is that it is not centered on Harry Potter. Hogwarts Legacy is an open-world game in which you get to experience the wizarding world of Harry Potter. This game is an RPG (role-playing game) and just from the trailer, the game looks fantastic. The time is set to be around 1800 and you get to experience the 1800 version of Hogwarts. Eventually, as you go through the game, you see progress in the story and relive all the stories about Hogwarts. Not only will the game be available on the PS5 but it will also be available on the Xbox series X and PC.
Resident Evil 4 Remake
One of the best games of all time on the PlayStation, Resident Evil 4 is up for a remake in high-definition graphics. Just like how the Final Fantasy VII Remake met our expectations, it is expected that Resident Evil 4 will do the same too. On 23rd of March 2023, we will relive Leon’s great adventure as he rescues the President’s daughter while a virus that causes everyone to turn into zombies has plagued the country. Since The Last of Us came a lot later, Resident Evil can be seen as the pioneer of zombie-centered games. The game will not only release on the PS5 but you will also be able to play it on the Xbox Series S, Xbox Series X, and PC.
Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League
With Gotham Knights in line, we also have another game to look forward to early next year. The game is called Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League. In this game, we will have to play as the antagonists who will be the protagonists. They will include Harley Quinn, Captain Boomerang, Deadshot, and King Shark. Just like in the movie Suicide Squad, they will be a part of Task Force X and will be recruited by Amanda Waller to kill Superman since he has gone corrupt. They will also go face-to-face with Flash and Green Lantern.
